Privacy Policy
Who we are
tinyAI Labs Inc. ("tinyAI Labs", "we", "us") is a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Synapze GmbH, Landshut, Germany. This policy explains what personal information we collect through tinyailabs.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to the emails and conversations that start there.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, work email, company, job title and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like any website, our servers and service providers receive technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. We use this to deliver the Site, keep it secure and understand overall traffic. We do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors.
What we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not buy personal information from data brokers.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to arrange evaluations, pilots or meetings you ask for.
- To run, secure and improve the Site, including detecting abuse and spam.
- To send you information about our products if you have asked for it or we already have a business relationship. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with law and to protect our rights and the rights of others.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that process data for us under contract and only on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, security and cookieless traffic statistics), HubSpot (contact form and customer relationship management, hosted in the EU), Google (reCAPTCHA spam protection within the form, and web fonts) and Fontshare (web fonts).
- Synapze GmbH, our parent company, which provides sales, engineering and administrative support and may respond to your enquiry. Synapze GmbH processes your information under this policy and under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
- Legal and safety reasons, where required by law, legal process or to protect rights, property or safety.
- Corporate transactions, such as a merger, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
International transfers
We are a US company with a parent in Germany, and some of our providers store data in the European Union. Your information may therefore be processed in the United States, Germany and other EU countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than 3 years after our last interaction, unless the law requires a longer period. Server and security logs are kept for short periods, typically under 30 days.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Details of the few technologies the Site does use are in our Cookie Policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Every marketing email also contains an unsubscribe link.
US state privacy rights. Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act and similar state laws may give you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, targeted advertising or profiling. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. We honor these requests for all US visitors, whether or not a specific law applies to us, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
EU and UK visitors. If the GDPR applies, you also have the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, on performing a contract with you, or on your consent where we ask for it.
How to make a request. Email hello@tinyailabs.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm receipt, may need to verify your identity, and will respond within the time the applicable law requires (typically 45 days). You may use an authorized agent, and if we decline your request you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing for these signals to switch off. We treat them as a valid opt-out request where the law requires.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential information through the contact form.
Children
The Site is for business users. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including synapze.io. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you before it takes effect.
